Founder OTHMAN CHIC
Outmane Hibatallah known as Othman Chic is the founder and designer behind MegaLo ft Essaouira. Born in Rissani, Moulay Ali Sharif, in the Drâa-Tafilalet region, moving to Essaouira at the age of nine, carrying little more than determination and a dream. Step by step, he built from the ground up, shaping an idea into a cultural space that honours Moroccan roots, while welcoming new perspectives. At MegaLoft, his vision blends Gnawa rhythms, cuisine, art, fashion, and community, a “Made in Morocco” statement grounded in perseverance and creativity. His work isn’t just about a venue. It’s about opening doors, connecting people, and showing how local talent and culture can resonate far beyond borders. True innovation doesn’t abandon roots, it carries them forward with grace.
